Hey guys! Welcome back to another video. We realized how much we love Korean cafe vibes recently, and so decided to show you guys how to make a beautiful drink inspired by Korean cafes at home! This beautiful drink is made by making a lemon syrup or ade which is preserved in sugar and left for a few days in the fridge before using. Ingredients:
1 mason jar
Water
Vinegar
Baking soda
3 lemons
1.5 Cups sugar
Butterfly pea tea leaf
1 Lemon La Croix
Directions:
1. Fill a clean bowl with water, vinegar, and a spoonful of baking soda. Stir into the water. Add lemons and scrub gently.
2. Drain and rinse the lemons and dry.
3. Slice 2 of the lemons thinly and set aside in a bowl. Make sure the pick out all of the seeds.
4. Peel the skin off of the third lemon and slice the fruit into smaller pieces. Add to the bowl of sliced lemons.
5. Add sugar to the bowl of lemons and mix well until sugar is somewhat dissolved.
6. Add the syrup mixture into the mason jar including all of the sugary liquid.
7. Seal the jar and place in the refrigerator for about 3 days before enjoying.
8. Boil 150 mL of water and steep 1 butterfly pea tea leaf to the water.
9. To a tall glass, add the lemon syrup or ade first.
10. Add lemon La Croix to the glass and stir a little.
11. Add ice and top off with butterfly pea tea.
12. Enjoy!
