Today I’m going to make Korean Curry Rice, 'Ka-re rice'.
It’s not traditional Korean food but it’s a very famous localized food which turned into Korean style. I love Kare-rice so I make a large amount once or twice per month.
I heard that it has a very similar taste to 'Aloo curry' or 'Sambar' when it’s compared to Indian curry.
There are 2 kinds of curry forms in Korea. 'Powder' and 'Block'. It tastes almost similar. In curry block or powder there are already flour, curry, coriander, cumin, starch, gravy powder and etc. So it’s very handy to cook!! Anyone can do it! 😄😄

👉YOU WILL NEED(3~4 servings):
2 Potatoes (300g / 0.66lb)
1 Onion (150g / 0.33lb)
½ Carrot (100g / 0.22lb)
Pork sirloin(400g / 0.88lb)
4 Korean Curry blocks
(or Powder)
Water (600ml / 20oz)
½ cup of milk
🙂I used dried seaweed(Gim) to make a smiley face on the fried egg🙂
