Today we’ll cook Korean pancakes with green onions and seafood - Haemulpajeonn 해물 파전. This is a popular dish in Korea, especially in the rain, with makgeolli 막걸리 (raw rice wine)
We need: green onions, seafood (any; we have squid and shrimp), carrots and / or other vegetables (zucchini, onions) and flour (in Korea we have flour for frying 부침 가루, but you can use the usual one, adding corn starch)
Prepare a flour mixture 2 cups flour + 2 cups water
Cut vegetables ~ 4cm long. Seafood the same size.
Put all vegetables and seafood into the flour mixture and mix well.
Put it in a pan and fry on low heat. At times, slightly move the pancake with chopsticks (spatula), so as not to burn. Or slightly shake the pan. When the bottom is fried (about 5-6 minutes), turn over and fry on the other side. And so fry our pancakes until the mixture ends))
Pajon pancakes are not salted, they are dipped in soy sauce and eat))
Soy sauce is simple: soy sauce 4-5 TBs, sugar 0.5 tsp, sesame oil 2 tsp, ground red pepper 1 tsp, sesame
