Cheese Dak galbi Recipe (Korean Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken with Vegetables)
Cheese dak galbi (3-4 servings)
chicken 400g

cabbage 1/8
Cheese as you like
☆ Gochujang 1/2 cup 210g
☆ Sugar 1/2 cup 70g
☆ Powdered chili 1/2 cup 40g
☆ Cooking sake 1/2 cup 90g
☆ Soy sauce 1/2 cup 10g
☆ chopped garlic 1/2 cup 80g
① Mix all the ingredients
(It is recommended to make gochujang the day before as it matures and becomes more delicious when left to stand.)
* If you do not have time, you can use it as it is
② Cut meat and vegetables into bite size
(Because vegetables are smaller, larger ones are OK)
③ Mix the universal sauce mixed in ① with the material cut in ②
