My Chinese isn't that good but a simple form of what she did is here 1. she used a dove kiwi exfoliator (focus on knees and heels of your feet) 2. She wiped her knees with pads soaked in salicylic acid 3. Then she used a peel from "the ordinary" (red colored thingy) 4. She applied a mixture : a spoonful of petroleum jelly (Vaseline), required amount of lotion, one dropper of serum, 2 drops of AHA ( don't use more than this or on your face it might hurt or damage your skin) and body oil Apply this mixture and wrap it with some plastic sheet 5. @@shoes7899 Even if I am a French woman who has always lived in France, I understand English well enough to say that if someone does not take care of his skin, contrary to what you stupidly wrote, his skin does not will certainly not end up "soggy" but rather completely - withered -, don't you think? I see little objection to people criticizing what I write, because the purpose of the comments is obviously to say what we think of the subjects that challenge us. However, I enjoy being criticized much more when it's done in a smart way.... I don't care. do not allow me to write this in order to be condescending or to humiliate you. It's just because I think it's best to use the precise words that have been made available to us in the French language. Yes I know it's painful, annoying even to be taken back by someone but soggy skin really doesn't mean anything.

I think beauty standards are intentionally made to differ from the how the average ppl of that place look. Like in the Western world , people are usually very pale and the beauty standards are tan skin but in the Asian world (especially the South asians) most of their skin tones are medium or dark and the beauty standards are to be as pale as possible. My friends have curly hair and they would do anything to have my A1 straight hair but I would do anything to have their curls. A flat person wants to be thick and a thick person wants to be flat (to get slimmer). So this basically shows that it doesn't matter whatever we have , we will always want something more so I highly recommend everyone to try to be grateful of EVERYTHING you have. So stay safe and healthy everyone

humans don't have 1 specific skin tone each... we each have a range and the darker it gets, in your own range, the more damage it is... Being in your lighter state is more healthy.. (also that would be your "true" skin tone, without any environment intervention) "whitening" in skin care doesn't mean making your skin white(as in race), it means making your skin clearer, getting rid of damage and dark stains

When you’re old and sagging, I’ll be over here enjoying life with my healthy and glowing skin. It has nothing to do with being “beautiful”. Skincare is for the health of skin. Surely you don’t believe that health concerns only involve the inside of the body do you? You’d be wrong if you thought that way.

@@lipz1399 it’s called priorities. If you think my goal of not trying to get skin cancer correlates to “basing worth off of appearances” then you should reevaluate yourself. There is a reason why South Korea has one of the lowest rates of skin cancer in the world. And it’s because they take care of their skin.

@@getem7640 Just because you use skincare doesnt mean you are particularly healthy either or will live a long time. There are people who have great skincare routines and spend many hours just to not have skin cancer, but that doesnt me they are living... now are they? If you have to take this many hours to do shit like this you might as well stay at home and do absolutely nothing but skincare. Living is enjoying all that life has to offer and wrinkles just means you have laughed, lived, and loved. Apparently you won't be doing those things 😒😒😒 instead you will be at home doing this.

Cerave SA body wash & SA Cream for rough & bumpy skin. Done. If you want to seal it in with an occlusive, go ahead and reach for the petrolatum. Scrubs cause unnecessary micro tears in the skin. Chemical exfoliants are better at removing skin that’s READY to go, as that’s all you want to remove.
