Korean Spicy Tofu Soup Soondubu Jjigae 순두부 찌개 recipe
Comforting, spicy, and warm soup =)
Extra soft tofu (Silken tofu Soondubu) 11oz (312g)
½ cup of pork ribs (100g)
oyster mushrooms (80g)
2 spring onions
¼ onion
1 spicy green chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp red chili pepper powder (gochugaru 고춧가루)
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp soup soy sauce (guk ganjang 국간장) or light soy sauce
½ tbsp fish sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
