Ingredients
2 x rack lamb ribs
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
0.5 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, microplaned
Thumb size piece ginger, microplaned
1/2 shallot, microplaned
2 tbs Gochujang
Sesame seeds to garnish
Method
1. Cut your ribs into singles.
2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour over the ribs and massage in.
4. Marinade the ribs for 30 minutes - overnight.
5. Grill over high heat for 12-15 minutes.
