+2g(0.5Tbsp) Sesame seeds

- 200g Fish cake (2sheets)
+8g(1Tbsp) Soy Sauce
+8g(0.5Tbsp) Honey (or oligosaccharide)
- 100g carrots
+ 3 pinches of salt
- 150g red cabbage
+ 4 pinches of salt
- 4 eggs
+ 4 pinches of salt
- 5rows Pickled radish
- 5~6 rows Burdock (fried in soy sauce)
- 4~5 rows Crab sticks
✤ TIP
- Spread the ingredients to the height of the rice. It looks like a tornado when the thickness of the rice and the ingredients are the same.
- If you line up things with strong contrasting colors and roll them up, your Gimbap will look pretty.
- You can use spinach or raw cucumber instead of leek.
- You can reduce the ingredients by one or two.
