Definitely chicken over rice with the barbecue, white and hot sauce. You need to try foods and snacks from the Caribbean. There are a myriad of different influences on each island. I come from Trinidad and Tobago and we are known for our Curries from India, taro root vegetables and stews and different rice from Africa, the Spanish with pastelles and creamy drinks, Syrian and Lebanese with the gyros and shish kebabs and we also have 7 of the hottest peppers to ever exist in the world. On a Scollville heat index of over 2million Scale.

I think term 'Halal' still not clear to many people. Halal is not any specific types of food. It's just normal food made with allowed ingredients made in the allowed food-making process. Even korean foods are halal, if it's is made with the allowed ingredients. key point the food needs to be made with ingredients allowed in Islam. we cannot eat pork, also we cannot eat chicken, beef, mutton or any similar meat, if it's not slaughtered according to the allowed way. All vegetarian food and sea foods are generally halal likewise. Hope u understand

That rice dish was not Bibimbap, you don't normally mix it up, but put the separate elements, a little of this and a little that, on a pita. Consider it like banchan layered. If someone threw all the side dishes into one bowl and mushed them all together, you wouldn't taste the differences like when they are on a ssam. And the falafel is not eaten plain but broken up in the pita and the other ingredients are added on top.

It said gyro in the title, but they didn't actually have them try to make a gyro. Also it didn't look like there was any cucumber, tomato, onion, pickled radish, etc. to kinda accent the meat.

Why are you mixing it ? Don't mix it and put falafel in the sauce. as an Egyptian we eat falafel at breakfast everyday it tastes amazing and it is very delicious
