今日は懸垂チャレンジ休みます。
トレーニング頻度 週3回 1回15分以内
内容 懸垂・プッシュアップ・ケトルベル・スクワット
懸垂目標60回 握力目標80kg
ジムには通わず、宅トレで自重トレ(bodyweight workout)の懸垂(pullups)(Chinning)やダンベル(Dumbbell)を使った、上腕三頭筋、上腕二頭筋(Biceps)、大胸筋(CHEST )、広背筋(lats)、握力、腹筋、体幹トレーニングの筋トレ(Workout)で筋肉をつける。
筋肥大のみに重点を置かず、筋力と筋持久力をバランス良く付け細マッチョを目標にしトレーニングします。
