Hi Paolo, I'm sorry to keep bothering you on this, I didn't go thrrough with the Trident, whereas now I'm stuck debating on spending that amount on an mk2 or the obxa. since I've never had the opportunity to physically play either one. which would you consider? two Major ones I own already are p5 and juno 60. ok thank you
@SynthManiaDotCom

Between the Trident mk2 and the OB-Xa, personally I would get the OB-Xa first -
@devicefactor2290
7 жыл бұрын
SynthMania ; ) I kinda had that feeling. considering what I own, and even though the Trident sounds amazing it almost comes off as overbearing, might even drown out my other gear. whereas the obxa seems from demos that it would blend in nicely. thank you Paolo.

Hello Paolo I hope you are doing well. I'm hours away from trying to win a Trident off of eBay. but before I dive in, I was wondering if you know on the mk1 if there is a mod that can add an second Adsr to its filter? I feel having that other envelope will produce better bass sounds. if not would it probably be better to purchase a mk2? thank you.

Personally I'd recommend the mk2 because of the extra features - but some people prefer the mk1. I've played the mk1 more than 20 years ago, so I don't remember how much they differ in sound, if anything at all...
