This video goes over correct leg positioning for the Back Position and Back Positing with Movement on the Ground (Level 1 techniques).
Incorrect leg positioning is the most common mistake for beginners while performing these two technique. This video addresses six problems that will come up, three for each leg, if the legs are not in the correct position:
1. Attacker grabs your kicking leg.
2. Lack of power with your Front Kick from the Ground (Level 1).
3. Not protecting the torso from strikes or preventing Knee on Belly position (Level 3).
4. Attacker grabbing the ankle of your bottom leg.
5. Trouble pivoting on the low back when moving.
6. Not protecting your groin from attacker's kicks or stomps.
This video demonstrates and explains each of these problems that may come up and how correct leg positioning prevents all of them.
