Sastojci - ingrediants
1000 g brasna - flour
650 ml vode sobne temperature - room temp water
Pola žlicice instant kvasca - half teaspoon of dry yeast
3 žlicice soli - 3 teaspoons salt
Pola zl secera - half teaspoon sugar
Make no kneed dough. Let it ferment overnight. (12-14 hours)
In the morning shape the bread and let it ferment again for 1,5 hour. Covered.
Bake at 250* 30 min covered, than on 200* 15 min uncovered. To ger nice crust.
