PROBLEM IS GEARING! You are geared for 115mph. You are starting with a super high top gear... it will never get there. Put a 9 tooth sprocket and it will not KILL the clutch over and over.....

That exhaust kinda sucks ass too I just got one with the 2 engines plus 2 actual racing exhausts that are ment for it.

Gotta run type f transmission fluid and set the spring heights and air gap properly before trying to run the clutch or you’ll smoke like what was happening in the video there’s a manual for those clutches online and it would give most of the basic information on those clutches, it’s a horstman dxl clutch, they run really good as long as it’s set up properly

On my KT100 I've got a two disk clutch on it and seems to be working great. Possibly made by Quarter Master but not sure on that. Pieced together the clutch with what I found.

You’re losing all your power from no expansion chamber, just adapt a 3/4in clutch on it or cvt…

Try 9 teeth on the clutch and about 84 on the rear sprocket, stall speed should be around 10,000 rpm

Clutxh setting was to high more for a kt100 pipe class...with the small can exhaust 8800-9100 stall on the clutch...I've never had good luck with engine clutches...a jackshaft setup is best way to go...plus your gearing was off

A can more will only rev 12,000 ish...where a pipe motor will rev 14,500 to 15,500...but don't go above that and this is all depending on what pipe you have

Put a patriot 100 triple disc dry clutch on it. I had the horstman wet, did the same thing. Went to dry and was way better

Need to adjust the clutch inside of it It is adjustable .

The clutch is toast. Buy a Tomar dry clutch. The Hortsman wet clutch is meant for racing and not just riding around

Mint right.... lol 😂 .... i just picked up 2 of them for 300$ no carbs tho everythings else. One of the blocks is brand spanking new. My only issue is someone had a plate welded to my frame for briggs style engines so im gonna have some work to do and spend some cash on at least one carb

id order a sprocket off aliexpress the same bore size as your kt100 shaft then bolt it on no clutch. push start it or start on jacks so it doesnt take off,

You need a good expansión chamber, in 2 stroke engines that is very importnat

Go back to the lighter chain .get 80 rear sprocket and two disç dry clutch and put a bushing bet ween clutch and motor with 5000 play Depending on how and ware you ride ingage clutch around 4500 rpm to 6500 rpm

Try a dry 2 or 3 disk clutch instead of the wet clutch

Put a fuel filter in and a new exhaust made for the kt. Don’t use a clutch and see if it runs and if it does then the cheaper clutches aren’t gonna do it.
