@wongavery1698 I don't think they got problems on door design. People got hurt just because they rush into the train, which no railroads in the world would recommend passenger to do this.

@awesomekid605 This kind of train entered service in early 2000S. There aren't many people because it is the the first station at non-peak hour.

Former MTR just gave a English letter for each type of car . For Example A-B-C-D , C-E-E-F-G-H-K and V-W-X-Y-Z . There are no special meanings .

@ATE123LF6005 wait... really? I thought they still operated them... I don't know about this stuff because I rarely ever take the KTL. But then again, weren't there issues with safety on the K-stock regarding ppl's stuff getting caught on the doors?
