Started watching your builds first cos of the 890r you’ve started !! You have a great presence in your presentation, you obviously know your stuff and have good direction in what your trying to achieve !! Then I got on your supermoto stuff !!Again it’s interesting and informative. Hope you don’t mind me saying having had a little supermoto experience ( vertermati and Husaberg ) A few years back I watch a teenager start racing supermoto on a 650 berg and later also a 450 . Stock bikes except for pipes and filters and a little chassis bracing!! He rode them to multiply British championships and later raced ktm and Aprilia at world level !! His name was Christian Iddon . He’s now a star of British Superbike racing . One thing I learned from seeing him ride is all the best bits in the world wouldn’t get me near to what he could do on a stocker !! Absolutely love the process of developing and testing , just wish I had the talents to make it work !! You keep making your cool videos and I’ll keep dreaming 👍👍👍

So far the results are very small - we are working to try some different injectors as well, potentially improve atomization.

This is one of the most killer supermoto builds on YT! Theres a lot of work done to this bike that I'd love to do to mine, but I think my favorite part thus far is the Tecstra swingarm I've considered one for my WR450F but the investment is pretty serious and this bike is the only time I've heard any thoughts about them. I'd love to see some more onboard footage from this bike - but also hear your thoughts on the feel and performance difference of a few of the mods. You know, if you could only do 5 mods to the base bike, what would they be and why. Keep up the awesome videos man! love it.

So is that lamba sensor gonna work continuously with the outflow or is it just for tuning at the shop? Great vid
@SuperbikeUnlimited

It's for reviewing data and making adjustments there - really helpful after a session! Will show more of this in the future.

Another awesome video, your passion for all things two wheels really comes across 👍. Just wondering what your ultimate build for a road bike would be ? Ride safe 😃

Ever considered adding a mechanical autoblipper like the IRC one to a supermoto?
@SuperbikeUnlimited
3 жыл бұрын
No, we are not aware of an autoblipper from IRC that works with a cable-driven throttle body. While it would be cool, we aren't sure we need one.

on a SBK setup, would you run a lambda to a woolich/ftecu or the AIM LCU?
@SuperbikeUnlimited
Жыл бұрын
It’s too broad a question, but we wouldn’t use Woolich on anything.

@@SuperbikeUnlimited if I was running an AIM Solo and FTECU or some other ECU, both with a lambda plug - one for data logging and the other for tuning - do I use both at the same time or FT plug at the dyno and AIM plug at the track/street?
@SuperbikeUnlimited

@@natedogg624 Would recommend you leave the Active Tune sensor in at all times. Weld a second bung for data if needed.

@@bmwm3man yes man, that motor was truly amazing and very special, the only down side was the weight but I think if these guys would start a build with a husaberg fs 570 that this thing would crush the smr 450 handling wise!

@@davidvitez1100 The bergs are heavier, but I've heard from guys that have built them that they have to do too much to get them to be as competitive as the 450's :( My friend has a berg and I'm looking to pickup one this month as well.
