If you guys haven’t try the Food Court at the Shopping Mall Lot 10 in Bukit Bintang, it is worth the try because the person who started it loves food so he sourced out all the famous hawkers food for generations around KL and gathered it into 1 food Court by Lot 10. It is on the same side of the road on Fahrenheit and right by the intersection. It is good food, as a local we loves it there too. All Malaysian authentic good food in 1 location. 😍

Malaysia is a beautiful country. Having said that, most countries have their own innate beauty.... their forests, jungles, mountains, lakes..... Unfortunately here in Singapore, being tiny (700+ sq km) we have none of those. What we have are only pockets of "nature reserves", and even that, they are not immune to being decimated by the Government just to build another unnecessary expressway just so to save 5mins of driving time....

Eat durian several times, and espcially try it fresh, also in other forms such as durian crepe, durian cream puff. You'll probably get use to it... I for one love the fresh durian but not the cooked one (but now after a few tries, I can already tolerate durian dishes such as sambal tempoyak and bubur kacang with durian) there are also a few that I know that don't like durian but now after many years of trying them they love durian very much

@@ShannonxAaron you guys should try curry laksa, it’s one of Malaysian signature dishes…it’s a dish where malay, chinese and indian ingredients in one bowl…eat it with sambal they provide for a spicy kick…and while in Penang, don’t skip nasi kandar at nasi kandar restaurant, it’s an indian muslim restaurant where you choose variety of dishes and sauces put on top of white rice..a bit. different than typical indian reataurant…most famous dishes for nasi kandar are, ayam bawang (onion chicken), daging hitam (spicy soy sauce beef), kobis (cabbage cooked with turmeric) and boiled okra and ask them to put all the sauces on your rice like they normally do…though you can find nasi kandar all over Malaysia but Penang is where it was originated…and to have the max experience, try eat it with your hand, right hand that is…in fact in Malaysia, if you were to eat a meal with varieties of dishes on white rice, whether malay dishes or indian dishes, try eating them with your hands, of course you have to wash your hands first, and the restaurant provide place to wash your hands, it would taste much better…Nasi lemak and nasi dagang ( from east coast) would be an exception if you were to eat with spoon.

Hey it's really ok...remember our tagline Malaysia Truly Asia bro. Malaysia is a melting pot for all cultures, we even have a large Korean community in Malaysia esp in KL n Penang. We even have Korean supermarkets n abundant of Korean restaurants right here in Malaysia. Malaysia is truly flavorful.

the weather is so erratic now. May is supposedly dry/hot season, but there is always rain pours down heavily that can cause flash flood in KL

Durian is an acquired taste. I love durian but i can also do without it if it becomes expensive. Many westerners will be turned off. Some people in the past will comment it is like eating cherries in the toilet.
