I just subscribed to your channel. I had my BX for three years before I found out there was a fuel filter under the operator station. Thanks for all the effort you put into educating the BX community.

Hey brother I am getting ready to change mine out so I appreciate the insight. The one underneath mine looks like it is stuffed in there and I am dreading it. Just one suggestion on your channel is to speak up, you are a littler hard to hear, but otherwise appreciate you taking the time to help others.

Thanks for commenting and I appreciate the feedback. Not 100% sure on this video, but I do spend a lot of time editing audio due to lots of background noise... airport, forest animals, dogs, lawnmowers, and mostly birds. By the time I get done my voice isn't mine anymore. It sounds completely washed out. Video sound should be improved over the last 16 months.

Very helpful thanks, didn’t know about the filter by engine. 🤦♂️ One stupid question how do you purge the air?
@RoCDIY

Turn the key without actually starting the tractor. You may have to do a couple iterations. Filter will fill with fuel and air will be purged.

Why can I not get the air purged. I’ve followed those steps several times.

Uuum dude could you mention how you got that grill off!?!? Kind of an important detail.

It would be an important detail if I did remove a "grill", but I didn't remove a grill. Not sure what you are referring too.

It would have been nice to see you actually change the filters...? Thanks Mate

Thanks for commenting. My bad. I did have footage of the filter underneath, but I was beating the heck out of the camera, so the footage was terrible and I left it out. I'll make sure I include it in my upcoming 200hr service video.

You really did not show anything other than where they are. Duh??

It would be "Duh??" if in fact that was all that I showed. And yet you would be surprised how many people don't even know there are two fuel filters. So, I disagree. Did you watch the whole video?... clamping fuel lines, removing fuel lines, tools used, draining fuel filter, direction of filter, removing bolts, purging, orienting clamps, undercarriage fuel filter difficulty, and "good to know" at end of video. I may not have shown unedited video from start to finish, but longer videos tend not to get views, so cutting out parts is a necessity. Thanks for the comment.
