I solved this very easy. Directly rear of these two vertical springs is a stout horizontal spring connected to a start safety switch. I removed this spring altogether and the reverse pedal is much, much easier. The two remaining vertical springs will keep the switch activated and working as it should.

Thanks I'll look into that way as well. Seems simpler for someone has done it yet also

Yes I did see that later. But with HST you can only use both left right wont allow you to steer like gear drive. Thanks for the tip though!!

Unlock the brake pedals and see if left brake pedal returns. I think the spring for right brake pedal is returning the left brake pedal because they are locked togeather.

Lol if you ain't crocing you ain't rocking. The mods I've done are super nice and less effort on the knee and leg from there super stiff pedal.

This is great. I have a new B2601 and the reverse is way too hard to use and stiff and awkward. Do you think if I just replaced the rear spring it'd solve that problem?

Did this or the grease points make more of a difference? Contemplating which to do first.

I did them at the same time. Made a comfortable different. The grease is going to help from sieze up but spring is the tension that helps pedal allot!!!!
