Ingredients:
Wheat Flour Bhature Recipe:
2 Cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Semolina
1 tsp Baking Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup Curd
Water as Require
1 tsp Oil
Oil for Frying
For Pressure Cooker Chhole:
3-4 Cup Water
1 tbsp Tea Leaves
1 Cinnamon Sticks, 2 Black Cardamom, 2 Green Cardamom, 5-6 Cloves, 8-10 Peppercorn
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/4 tsp Carrom Seeds
3 Onions
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Green Chilly
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Chhole Masala
1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
4 Tomato Puree
1 Cup Soaked Chickpeas
Salt to Taste
1/8 tsp Soda bi Carb
Fresh Coriander
For Tadka:
1 tbsp Ghee
Ginger Julienne
1 tbsp Kasurimethi
