I made this kulambu podi and used it in kara kulambu, black chenna drumtick kulambu and in many other tamarind based kulambu varities. It really tasted good. To be frank, I was worried if it doesn't suit our taste the whole powder would go waste but truly it came out well. After it got over, I made another batch and kept it in fridge.

I prep this powder and used it in various tamarind based dishes like manathakkali vaththal kulambu, karuvadu kulambu, vendaikai kulambu, all came out well. This powder is a time saver. Like idli powder this powder will always be available in my shelf.

This powder is too good for all tamarind based kulambu varieties.. I keep making this powder as and when it gets finished. Any thinking if to make it or not..trust me this is a time saviour. Thanks to Royal dhakshin
