Friends, today I am sharing "Kumbhaniya Sev Recipe | कुंभनिया सेव रेसिपी | કુંભણીયા સેવ રેસીપી. This sev is made using besan as primary ingredient mixed with methi leaves, green chilis, ginger, palak and few spices. This is tastier, spicy and sev with a huge twist in taste which make it lip smacking delicious. I recommend this recipe to try at home and let me know your feedback in comment section, please.

INGREDIENTS
QTY: 500 GRAMS SEV
25 grams methi leaves (हरी मेथी)
3 no. green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
15 no. garlic cloves (लहसुन)
25 grams mint leaves (पुदीना)
50 grams green coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
25 grams spinach (पालक)
A lemon (निम्बू)
⅛ cup water (पानी)
2 cup (350 grams) besan (बेसन)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
⅛ cup oil (तेल)
Oil for frying sev (तलने के लिए तेल)
