In this relaxing Kundalini Yoga class we will focus on movements and postures for releasing tension from the lower back and stress from the nervous system.
Sometimes when the stress of life accumulates and we don't feel supported in some way (financially, by our peers or colleagues, etc.) this stress can start to accumulate in the lower back and hip area, causing us back pain, lowering our mobility and draining our vitality.
