In this video, We are raising a serious question following the oral remarks made by the honorable justice on Physics Wallah during the SC hearing when NTA withdrew ‘grace marks’ awarded to 1,563 NEET candidates.
During the arguments, advocate J Sai Deepak stated, “We have candidates who also suffered time loss but were not awarded grace marks as they were not able to reach any court, unlike those who reached high courts and were awarded grace marks.”
The honorable justice then asked, “Where do you have candidates? Who are you, Physics Wallah? You run your own coaching center and you are worried about yourself. What is this?”
This exchange highlights the importance of having an affected student/s as a party to make a more significant impact.
Was it necessary for a coaching institute owner to be a party to the case? Shouldn't they have supported the students in the litigation instead?
We discovered a shorts video on one of the official channels of Physics Wallah in which it is being projected that the entire movement is being run by a single individual. lnkd.in/gzx6Jexh
We emailed PW to remove this video as it is highly objectionable and gives the entire credit to just one individual. However, it has not been removed yet.
This credit war raises serious questions about why it was framed as "Alakh Pandey vs NTA."
We are raising tough questions: Shouldn't the coaching industry, instead of becoming a party to the case and creating headlines like "Alakh Pandey vs NTA," have made the affected students the party?
The case could have been titled "Student Name (who was/were not awarded grace marks despite time loss as they were not able to reach any court) vs NTA."

Join us as we discuss the implications of this case on the education system, why student representation is crucial in legal battles against NTA NEET EXAM, and how entities like Physics Wallah could better support students without overshadowing their voices in crucial legal matters.
