A queen named Kylie Minogue. Yes, without a doubt it is the most successful song and both the music video and the live performance are iconic. Thank you Dan for stepping out of your comfort zone and making this great reaction.

I have massive respect for you; as a self confessed metalhead, to give Kylie Minogue music a try, the polar opposite of your go to genre, and to admit your newfound respect for her, bravo to you mate!

This is the first time I’ve noticed a string synth on the “There’s a dark secret in me.” The chord change in that bit I find really sad, perfectly captures that melancholy when you’re not with the one you’re hooked on.

Ok Metal head - maybe we need to rock it up a bit and give you Indie Kylie suggestions - she did try her hand at rock and alternative “folk” . Check out live versions of “kids” , “Where the wild roses grow” , and other videos like “some kind of bliss” or if you want a full adventure - listen to her entire Impossible Princess album and do a reaction. That one may surprise you as it did me , a someone into metal too.

That was an award show crowd. Maybe that's why they were a bit more reserved during the performance. Looking forward to more Kylie reactions.

I like that you are trying things outside your comfort genre. Doesn’t even matter if your even not that into the music itself but you can respect what she is doing which absolutely comes across. Nothing wrong with being open to other types of music. You never know what you might come across! Thanks for another Kylie reaction. She’s been my idol since I was 14 so it always makes me happy to see other people discovering her and giving her a chance when she’s been mocked and written off so many times. 👍

I heard the song while vacationing on the Gold Coast in the Land of Auz... In every store, on every beach,😂 When I asked & got the info, I came home with my own copy ..The pose she was holding at the beginning of her concert is also her CD picture on the cover.. Extravagant stage productions, dancers, etc. are her concert trademarks...and you addressed the other with the cutest word ever "saucy" 😂😂 It wasn't long before it was a hit here in the States... She's a beautiful young lady and does a great job both singing and her choreography 😉. Glad you're open-minded listening to great dance music.. Next time you should stand up and show us some of your best moves!! Peace, good Sir! You're a good sport!!

I ❤ how Kylie is always on the saucy side of sexy and not the vulgar side. She always looks classy. Do I like every song she’s ever done ? No - but when she gets it right which she often does she is amazing. I ❤ her

I'm convinced people are deaf. There's a devilish synth thing that kicks in on the second verse when everyone's busy looking at Kylie wearing the bedsheets. No one mentions it. Perhaps it does something to the subconscious mind. It returns in the third verse and stays through the third chorus. It elevates this song from an earworm of a pop song to perhaps the greatest pop song ever recorded.

So, there is a little bit of background to this one. CGYOOMH, for short, was written by 80s singer Cathy Dennis and Mud Member Rob Davis (tiger feet song). The song was apparently originally offered to S Club 7 and Sophie Ellis Bextor before arriving at Kylies feet, I'm sure she heard 20-30 seconds of the demo and was like I'll have it. When this charted, she had a chart battle with Posh Spice, kylie was outselling Posh 4:1 im sure. The brits version is called Can't Get Blue Monday Out of my head, as it is a mash up of Blue Monday by New Order and CGYOOMH, she sings "how does it feel" towards the end of the track you might have noticed, that's from Blue Monday. She did a rock version of CGYOOMH on the aphrodite tour. That's the great thing about Kylie, she can turn any track into a new version. Fantastic reaction as always mate

The problem with the Brits is the audience is full of industry types who don’t give a fuck about the artists. I highly recommend seeing her in concert. She is incredible. No one can match her stage presence 😍🙌🏼🥳

gaawd i remember this one section in the news, the only thing they showed was the butt. but to be fair she knows how to put on a show. and especially her eye contact makes it so unique. she is very good at being sexy but not crossing the line to slutty area. i was always amazed by the way she looks at you. but besides that the whole fever tour back in that time was pretty cool. the crying game medley was a fan favourite. oh well and lightyears/i feel love. great reaction again. really enjoing it.
