Thanks for sharing, I will try your 桑椹果醬 if I can get 桑椹 here, hard to find in Penang. Ages ago 2 hrs before we drove to Airport , saw 蔡季芳老師 teaching Strawberry Jam, I took 1 kg of sugar with me as Malaysia sugar is much cheaper. I saw ripe Strawberry in Sydney was so cheap, only 80 cents per kg, so 2-3 kg and 1 apple as she said must add in 1 chopped apple as it would thicken the jam. I did and it turned out so good !!
