Ingredients

1 spoon Moroccan preserves butter with thyme or ghee
1 1/2 small spoon Cumin
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 preserved lemon
1/2 cup of olive oil
Little bit of saffron in 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup water
No salt 🧂 because Lemon preserve has salt and preserves butter has also has salt
You can also cook it in the oven 350° for three to four hours
