Came for the desk, stayed for your beautiful cat. Excellent video.

I'm not a carpenter by no means so i really appreciate the little tips and tricks like not laying a sanded side down on shavings!

I love the design of this desk. Thanks for making these videos. It’s very helpful to the public. Do you have a parts list available? I don’t seem to see it.

Awesome, great video, I'm sure you happy it's done. I love all the measurement layouts you show at the end, especially the top 2x6's. Wouldn't be hard to figure them out but now it's no thinking involved thanks to you. Still will measure 2 times before the cut. Thanks again. I'm starting tomorrow. Have a great New Years. P.s I got you followed on Facebook and Instagram. Great pieces you have made. Also your finish in all pieces are too notch. What is the stain color you use?

I use several but by far the most popular and requested has been Esspresso by minwax

Also just uploaded a how to video on making the (X) crossbucks on the endpanels. I seemed to have left that out in the build video. I'd love to see a pic of your desk when complete.

Glad to find another simple and yet easy explanation on these desks. Looking into making one very soon...how much time does it typically take to complete one start to finish (while I understand you have the experience), I'm just hoping to get an general idea. Are the panel saws really necessary for this or can it be done with basic miter saw, drill, kriggs, sander, and a hand saw? I don't own any table saw or panel. Thanks for detailing the measurements as I'm looking to do one that is about 60 L x 55L with a bottom for sitting a computer PC and UPS.

My usual method is to build endpanels first, then the frame, then I build the top right on the frame, flipped over on back side for pocket holes. Doesn't take too long, just go at your own pace! If you're referring to the table saw then NO.... it isn't required. I built many of these before I got my first table saw. I cut my 2x2's from the table saw because it's a much better result than the ones you'll find at the blue and orange stores.
