This one on the thumbnail below was a little fermented in the middle. I am still waiting for a perfect one to accurately judge (as of the end of 2021). Seems to have a longer hang time than the CDDs. Some even have an open eye and I don't think the thickness of the pulp is on par with the Coll de Dama figs. So far I'm not sold of it being a "two week earlier CDD." But in general this is a very tasty fig, ripens by a reasonable date and I look forward to further evaluation.
