In Rajasthan Kachri Powder is used to Give Tangy flavour in Dishes that makes a big diffrence. More ever there are many people in markets who are selling Guntur and m P region chillies in name of Mathania chillies. Though we could get original mathania chilli from Shirish masala via Amazon but it's difficult for everyone to know all this.

It's the mathania chilli which brings the whole lot of diffrence in dish. But finding original mathania chilli is key, since original mathania chilli is not available in physical markets and there are many who are selling normal chillies in name of mathania. Thogh we could get original mathania chilli via Shirish Masala brand online

Looks delicious. I have not been able to source mathania chillies here in England. I did manage to get Baydagi chillies from Karnataka. Can I use Baydagi chillies instead? Also if whole chillies are not available, how about chilli powder? I think I can get the Mathania chillies in powder form here in England… through eBay…

You can use raw papaya paste to enhance the quantity of gravy beside it'll make the gravy thicker.
