Hey guys. Just a quick video of little refeed on Labor Day and going into my first Peak Week before I turn everything into the OCB Pittsburgh judges. Feeling good but definitely feeling the dip in strength. Gave my body a rest (for the most part) over the long holiday weekend and it really paid off. So remember to listen to your body and take a break from time to time. It’s really going to be ok. The gym isn’t going anywhere!
