Good video Lacy J.. And good song.. I love how you wanted to be yourself with your music and didnt wanna glorify bad aspects of life such as divorce..dont think Iv ever heard a negative word in your music.. My favorite song is 16th Avenue..jst love the beat and vocals.. I like smooth music and vocals.. Im autistic and cant stand hectic or loud music.. I have always loved classic country music.. I remember you took time to reply back to me on a video containing your 16th Ave song not too long ago I will never forget that.. I have a few videos on my channel bout what I do as a autistic person for a living I will never be rich or famous but Im proud of who I am and I would never change to please someone else..cuz I would never be happy if I did..Im just me.. Thank you so much Lacy J for your music..

Hi Lacy-I remember hearing songs off some of your albums in the 80's and not liking them because I didn't think they fit your voice and style, so I understand what you were saying about fighting with the record companies :-) I think your recordings of 16th Avenue and Everybody Makes Mistakes are incredibly soulful -your voice is unique and soulful and cuts deep on those songs. I was listening to the songs on Last Wild Place and love how the songs fit your style and voice. P.S. I also love Wild Turkey :-)))

That is the one thing that really appeals to me. The chance to communicate with people directly, with no filtering from record labels, media, etc... It really is a different experience and much more personal. :)

You are too funny Lacy. Rollin rollin.. BTW my cuzzie Shawn M and her man live in Lodi of all places and i tossed caution to the wind 1.5 years and visited them and the Cali Fam Mbuen for a few days making pit stops in Reno and Vegas. I was born 1000 yards West of Mother Mississippi River and poker, whiskey, tequila and Kahlúa are simply in my blood. I would laugh but am usually full of tears and crap and other adulterants.

Hi Lacy. I saw you in, I believe the 80s. What a great show. Who was your lead guitarist then? He had very long hair and a huge pedal board, and emulating a lot of steel guitar bends. Thanks.
