Today in this video I am going to tell you those practical points which will help you to move on from your breakup. Have you had a breakup in your life? And you can't able to move on? Are you taking time to come out of his\her memories? You must have heard this word, attachment. The heavier this word is in listening, the heavier this means. We get attached to a person easily but when they leave us, we cannot move on. We know that we have to move on but we are unable to do it.
Although, how to move on from a relationship? How to understand the Psychology of Breakup? and What is the psychology of De- attachment? And how to come out from it, today we will discuss these things in this video.
Tips to Psychology of De-Attachment
1. It will take time- You have to understand that it will take time in moving on from a breakup. It may take some days, some months, some years too. It is not so easy to move on. It's genuine emotion, so you have to understand that it will take time to move on, it will not happen immediately.
2. Don’t live in the past- You should accept that you have to live in the present and forget about your past. You should never stay in the past. You may take time but you have to convince yourself to live in the present. You don’t need to talk about past memories.
3. Not to involve in further engaging- Also, keep in mind that you should not seek out another person immediately after a breakup. Many times it happens that due to breaking up, people come in a new relationship. Don’t do this, it is wrong.
4. Start chasing happiness- Always keep in mind that you always have to be happy. Happiness does not come to you, you have to go to them yourself. Therefore find reasons to always be happy. Do something that makes you happy
5. The relationship is not your life- You have to understand that any relationship is not your life, it is just a part of your life. So do not make yourself sad about these things.
So, Accept it and follow the process of detachment. Because it's not your life, it's part of your life? This is a process. Get out of them slowly and one day you will definitely get out of it and be happy in your life.
