To people who criticize Japanese audiences. This is our way to be polite. In Japan, making too much noise while an artist sings can be considered disrespectful because it gets harder to listen to their songs. Moreover, it was still under the infection disease prevention. We were asked to wear masks and refrain from screaming during the show. I think Gaga understands us. She truly loves Japan. That's why she chose Tokyo as the only one venue in Asia of this tour.

You gotta understand that most of Asian countries have a culture of suppressing their emotions, they might not have same reactions as other countries, but inside they’re as happy and excited as we all were. Mother Monster knows this, that’s why she loves coming to Japan during her tours.

Japanese people are always more reserved than most other countries. It’s the way they are brought up culturally. Personally I would have the same lower energy while at this concert as I thought it was very dull, not visually stunning or all that creative. Gaga appears to have just phoned in this concert. Her concerts are never THAT great, but this is the worst of all her “Ball” concerts & Joanne concert. Weird set list, weird song order, just a half baked put together kinda show.
