Silly question alert. Do the hops not become a grassy taste ? I've always been under impression you need to removed hop matter especially dry hopping??

Dr I always rinse my kegs etc after I sanitise. Is this necessary also what sanitiser do you use. Love the content bud

Dr H another great video, though those pressures for fermentation seem very high. From the research and experimentation I have done thus far it appears that fermentation becomes inhibited at above circa 30 PSI and esters are suppressed (great for lagers not so good for other styles). The only thing I can think, looking at the temperatures your calculator suggests is that higher temperatures combined with higher pressures allow the yeast to keep working. Is this your experience? Thanks.

Hi Dr Hans love your videos. Do you still use the same temperatures and pressure as you say in this video (24c lager and 30c ales) at 2 bar? Some of your newer videos you use 15 psi?

I want to try this, how is carbonating achieved when bottling. I mean if you’ve boiled the alcohol off then the yeast would be dead so Batch priming might t produce anything ??
