Ingredients:
500g minced meat
Half beef half lamb
3 onions
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 tomatoes
2 tbsp paprika pulp
2 tbsp tomato paste
Half a multicolored parsley
1 glass of oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
1 teaspoon paprika hot
2 teaspoons of salt
1.2 kg of flour
1-2 glasses of lukewarm water
1.5 glass of lukewarm milk
1 tbsp salt
1 packet of instant yeast
Preparation:
For the dough: add water, milk, instant yeast and salt to a bowl and finally add flour and knead the whole thing into a smooth dough so that it no longer sticks in the hand. Cover with a cloth or lid and let rest in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Cut the peppers, tomatoes, onions, parsley into fine pieces or use a kitchen utensil, add the tomatoes, paprika pulp and oil and the spices and stir well then mix with the minced meat.
Divide the dough into 15-18 pieces. Roll out each piece in a round or oval shape on a floured work surface. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with part of the mince paste. Bake in the preheated electric stove at 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove and process the other pieces of dough and mince one after the other.
For lahmacun in the pan. Let's take a pan with 2 drops of oil then put the Turkish pizza in the lid so that it steams nicely inside if you have problems put the Turkish pizza in the pan then take the pan off the stove, put the dough in the pan and then spread it with the mince paste, bake on a low level for 6 - 8 minutes - the time always depends on the stove, preferably until the dough has a nice, light golden brown color from below.
