What a superb idea Matt to have this service at your dealership. Building up a million new riders one at a time. BRAVO ! Well done!

Great way to get people started and enjoying life on two wheels . There's nothing like riding and the open road . I've been riding over 30 years and still get that same feeling when I jump on mine . Great video Matt . God Bless

I took a similar course back at Mt. Sac roughly 15 years ago. It was worth it to get the basics down and not have to deal with the crappy Dmv ridden test. Also another huge benefit was it made insurance cheaper if you take a motorcycle cycle safety course.

Yea, it makes life a lot easier when you don't have to take a bike down to the DMV and take the Riding skills test which really isn't a good indicator of your ability to ride safely on the roads.

Took it when I got back into riding. Wish I had taken it when I first started riding years ago as a young lad. Neither I nor any of my buddies knew about counter steering or friction zone. Learned a lot that has saved my butt. The dealership that my HOG chapter is associated with is asking others in HOG to volunteer as mentors for new riders after the course. They also encourage new riders and those who purchase a bike to check out the HOG chapter and join if they are looking for folks to ride with. HOG is like the old riding clubs of the past but associated with a Harley dealership, not like a club. Very casual, easy going bunch who like to meet up and ride. Met some good friends from joining it.

Took this class in September 2019 in Sanford, Florida at the Seminole Harley. Great people, free food, and fun. But after you graduate they dont stop freaking calling you wanting to sell you a bike. Seriously, i blocked their number dealership number, then they call me from a different number, blocked that one, and they send me mail saying i can apply for a credit card for them. It’s quite annoying and made me lose interest in buying from them, but still great people non the less.

I took the class last year through the local Bloomington,IN HD. I got lucky when they had their half off deal going on so it only cost me $150. Had great coaches and it rained during the 2 days I took it which made it a little more interesting. I passed it, but the figure 8's still haunt me lol. I know I learned alot more taking the class than what I could have on my own.

Nice video. If a person has an injury to their left foot, and cannot physically upshift because of it, why won't H-D let them use a bike with a heel-toe shifter to pass the test????? Otherwise, they can NEVER - EVER ride a motorcycle in their lifetime on public roadways! Seems totally unfair to me!!!!!
