For this recipe we need:
- lamb shoulder 1 piece
- rice for pilaf 1 kg
- dried fruits (to taste)
- green bell pepper
- Baku tomato
- onion 3 heads
- young garlic 1 head
- salt
- black pepper
- red wine
- vegetable oil 200 gr
