hi steve looking forward to the porting and tuning,has the ts1 cylinder had a steel liner and what size is the kawasaki piston,do you have rebore options if linered and is it a 18mm gudgeon pin,cheers keep up the good work

Hi . The Kawasaki piston is from a KDX 220 it's 70mm and 16mm pin , this barrel is Nicosil chrome bore so no rebore? I'm not going to use that piston I've already moved to another option . Thanks for the interest I have the KDX in other ts1 vids if you are interested .

@@rosannebarneveld1520 ..Strangely enough I have a 125cc scooter and i was looking for an engine stand, saw one on eBay...marketed as Kawasaki Z900 Z1 Z1000 engine stand, but looks ideal to me for a scooter...there are also smaller versions by the same company...
