Luk Lao USA I’m making this tomorrow but I’m not for sure what brand of chili sauce you use? It looks so smooth!

Vaffanculo Hi friend. I use the Sriracha Chili Sauce (it has a picture of red chili on the front of bottle). I think it’s a Thai brand. I got it at Asian market. They’re with the bottled sauce section. Good luck! I’m here if I can be anyone help. 😁

it only needs less than an hour to be tender? i am cooking them with pork heart and i will braise them for at leat 5 hrs i hope that is ok, i done the same with pork intestine too
