wow, this could be maria mckee in the 80s/90s, love her solo albums & lone justice. rebecca & megan have really perfected the acoustic sofa sound, it's so big & clear & personal & comforting at the same time, what they mine in that house is pure gold & from the heart to hearts & welcome ears with more love than the world can hold

I saw Maria McKee with Lone Justice in the late 80's. She pulled me halfway on the stage. Then she dropped me and laughed at me. I will never forget it and I deserved it. Haha.

@@JulieMeyers that's awesome lol, caught lone justice once & maria solo 3x, including once at a record store in dc where my friend & i couldn't get inside but she & bruce brody came out to the sidewalk with her acoustic & his mini casio & played this property is condemned right in front of me. i was nearly speechless but whispered thank you when her body man whisked her back inside to sign autographs after. still can hardly believe it happened & that someone recorded the show at the bayou & i have it in my collection of maria bootlegs!

This song evolved a lot since it has been recorded on "Spring". I like this vocal extension by RebL. It is good to hear that older goodies don't die.

@@frankboyd. That's right, Frank. I just got an energy shot by the Villarreal sisters when I visited my friends in Berlin. 3 syringes of Mexican Hard Rock plus a splendid stage show equals 2 syringes of southern Roots Rock from Appalachia with a comparable flaming stage action. Now I am pumped, waiting for the fall to get my next two Nashville shots.

@@frankboyd. There's only one way I could be spoiled, and that's if they cover a song by The Doors. I've been waiting a long time for them to cover a song by The Doors; I doubt it will ever happen. Like when they performed PF's Wish You Were Here, that would be a "nirvana" moment (aka "cat's meow").😻
