Have appreciate Larnelle for 35 years. His music got me thru a lot. Now it is helping me get thru the sorrow of my husband suddenly passing March 27th. Thank You Larnelle

First off, I just wanted to say as a young Island girl in 1994; I was born too late for Mr. Larnelle-LOL. I want to put that out there. I've always admired his work. Larnelle and Sandi Patty was the music I grew up with. It leaves me longing and draws me closer to God. Some of the most challenging times in my life were soothed by the music of Larnelle, Sandi, and Bob Carlise, among others.

Yes! I wonder too how it didn't catch much attention. This album is one of my favorites from my most favored musician of all time. I bought the cassette tape of this album, only God knows how many times, as each one got missen, probably taken by close friends. Haha

May be due to publishing or copyright issues. This was actually the last album I really liked. After this one I started to lose interest in Larnelle’s music.

THANK YOU MR. HARRIS FOR THIS SONG.--For our daughter's weedding her dad danced "The other woman" We always knew that would be the song they would dance together since 1998. She did not know that he changed the song. Once she heard the song she started to cry. 3/4 through the song, her father called me to join in and there was not one dry eye--including his Korean family who did not know about the father/daughter dance "culture" Some of his family could not make it to America so they flew us for a traditional Korean wedding . His family loved it so much that they requested my husband to dance this song again with her-even with our tradition Korean dress--It was beautiful. We decided they must understand the beauty of these lyrics so as the song played, we had it translated in Korean in the screen. His sister will be dancing to thsi song with her dad-2024(Lord willing)

Too bad this Benson recoding has never been available on iTunes. Today I bought this CD used on Amazon. Every song on this album is a hit with me. This recoding reminds me of some happy days of my life, in the 1990s, listening to Larnelle on 93.7 FM WFCJ, in Dayton.
