every race starts at the starting point together. There is only your determination to finish the race that gets you there..Everyone who crosses that finish line has won a personal victory for themselves as they did it! they crossed the finish line and gave their best efforts..Its those who want a fixed race who lose every time because they cheated to finish. 2020 was such a race. They fixed it in many ways. That is exactly why we are in this situation all across the globe. When you fix a race of any kind EVERYONE loses. MEN in womens sports is a classic example. The winner knows why he won. He lost more in the long run than the women did. They all lose. There is no winner in any fixed race ever.

A private college where I lived had to apply for financial support and they I think had to enlist so many black students to get support. An open came there when my child had worked her way through. University and was a teacher there along with a black teacher. Both applied but my daughter had better qualifications than the black teacher but they had to hire the black teacher to get financial help. .this family had high education family from Popular universities and PhD’s in different universities in family family. But they set up on the town civil rights ,protest to their race. No body cares about race anymore. All colors are racist sometimes . I worked with Black peoples most of my work time. Made no difference to me. But lots of difference to some of them. I worked in DC a lot of my life.

Now let’s examine the extensively corrupt financial policies that have been attached to this unconstitutional practice. In my humble opinion, the primary reason that these universities and colleges are upset by this outstanding decision is because they see it as a potential threat to the tens of millions of taxpayer dollars that are funneled into the vast majority of our nation’s universities and colleges. Academics, and academics alone should be the deciding factor. Well done, SCOTUS! Well done. 👍🏻🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

It's her right to challenge the results, as it is for everyone who runs for office.. so why on earth is the left so against verification of the results?? Race should not have a place but it’s interwoven into the fabric of America. So, now there will not be a need for the census as far as answering a question about a families race, race has to be taken out of all questionnaires, including all applications for employment. Let the most qualified get what they’ve “worked”hard for. I think this sounds good but because racism is also interwoven in the culture, it will be interesting to see over a year or two if this “experiment” works to see if All people are treated equitably.

I agree wholeheartedly. The Constitutional premisses upon which equality is defined as being ultimately supreme as a goal far more worthy than equity; are clearly our heritage, as set forth in the document upon which our fighting men and women take their oath. We were so willing to accept the masked, obvious bigotry of Barak Obama, shortly after his Inaugaration; that particularly the phoney world of academia became further buttressed in any and all reasoning for "interpreting " what needed no Interpretation; creating the most serious erosion of our core beliefs in a so-called off course direction of the country;s sense of right and wrong. Early on, able to fall back on his then suddenly decades long expertise as a " Constitutional Scholar, " from no less than the President of the United States; the HERESY CAME OUT OF THE MOUTH OF OBAMA, taking a pry bar to the unseating of self evident brilliance; attempting thereby the undoing of our most treasured compass of how to govern our fought and died for Republic. At that exact same time, in his coming out to America early in his Presidency; his twists in logic regarding the need to fundamentally change America were soon made specific to his alleged academic prowress as a Constitutional Scholar. A more serious low key bigot has yet to surpass his intentions and passion for taking down all the tenants of our functional system; installing a dysfunctional replacement of rejection of our heritage and beliefs with his personally aberrant racial poison; deftly handed out to everyone; every time he gained an audience. The most ludicrous of his misrepresentative narrative emphasis became a continual challenge to the Constitution itself; packaged in denigration of our society, being constantly presented as racist. The attempt with Obama was to hoodwink everyone with his speaking talent and carefully packaged attack on our most revered document; until those not holding a true educational grasp of our government; screamed out in schizophrenic horror at the values supposedly traceable to this document which we previously treasured as our bulwark. He was and is a traitor to this country. He singularly has nearly collapsed our entire way of life. That was the Intention of the globalists who packaged him and got him installed. THANK GOD FOR OUR THIRD BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT. WE OUR BLESSED .RECENT DECISIONS REFLECT..........TRUE EQUALITY . BLACK IS NOT INFERIOR. BLACK WILL NOT TAKE A BACK SEAT TO THE PERVERSE POLITICS OF OUR ESTEEMED IVY LEAGUE UNIVERSITIES AND THEIR PHONEY PROFESSORS. I PERSONALLY KNOW PEOPLE THAT EARNED THEIR WAY TO THAT PINNACLE OF UNIVERSITY ACCEPTANCE; MINUS THE VENOM OF IDENTITY POLITICS IN ACADEMIA. HOW ? THEY'RE SMART AS HELL. DON'T EVER AGAIN LET A FLIM FLAM COMMUNIST PUSH UPSET YOUR CORE BELIEF THAT IN AMERICA WE. DO. STRIVE TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT. TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT YOUR; OUR. PRESENT TREASURE. OUR CURRENT SUPREME COURT.
