Why not? This is a perfectly good exercise and fantastic for building up the biceps and forearms. Lower the weight, get a proper warm up, and follow the proper technique.

@@ryanleclaire3948 it makes no sense. It is an awkward movement and set up, there are far easier ways to stimulate the bicep. And if you want me to be technical, Larry is “preaching” what a great bicep movement is whilst totally flexing and unflexing the wrist, which does nothing for the bicep.

@@liamburns8554buddy he's hitting his forearms as well as his biceps. Yes, there are FAR better ways to stimulate bicep growth, we know that, but he's doing them both in this video. That was his point.
