My father met my mother at the Blue Cat. They went to see Jerry Lee playing and singing there in Natchez, MS in 1955. Daddy was driving a '53 DeSoto Firedome. Momma was riding with friends.

Jerry Lee God Rest his soul even though he is an icon he actually was not the last Man Standing as far as icons rock and roll icons from the 1950s we still have Neil Sedaka Wanda Jackson and Pat Boone but Jerry Lee was great he's in heaven now and I'm glad that his last album was a gospel album with his cousin Jimmy Swaggart ✝️
