Every time a character pronounces the name of a city in a slightly weird way, I now always hear it in Laszlo's voice and it's hilarious! E.g. Rashid's "San Fransisco" in IwtV (1x07) gave me a good chuckle.

In an old podcast interview I heard (can't remember which one) Matt Berry said part of it came from when he was working at the London Dungeon as one of the characters and it would be a way of keeping the dialogue interesting after doing it for the 200th time that week. Its also interesting how many TV ads and other media copy his style

What is the London Dungeon?

@@TOBAPNW_ A place in London where they do live and interactive theatre about different horrific parts of London's history (Jack The Ripper, The Plague, and so on). It's like a horror house but with real history and you go in large tour groups where random members get to partake.

@@rikke8141 that sounds awesome. In Australia we have a big fake colonial town called Sovereign Hill that's sort of the same principle (without the horror). There's tonnes of shops (and the staff are all dressed period appropriately), gold panning, horse carriages, and they do a re-enactment of the events leading up to the Eureka Stockade (one of our few attempts at civil insurrection) called "Blood on the Southern Cross" I'm super into historical re-enactment, I wish there was more of it here.

Thank you for this awesome compilation of some of Matt Berry’s funniest outbursts. This left me LOL for a good while and I still have a smile on my face as I write this. In my opinion Matt Berry has the best speaking voice I have ever heard and if I could sound exactly like one person in the entire world, I would choose him
