I don’t want to name the rivers because people tend to get pissed off despite that this river was already well known to community but you can find the information here: files.ontario.ca/mnrf-fishing-regulations-summary-fmz-16-en-2020-01-20.pdf Or check the other comments in this video. You’ll find the name of this place.

Do you use a float with your jig? Or just bounce it along
@saurerrr4847

Sometimes. It really depends on water clarity and water levels. I usually keep the bobber sleeves attach to my main line just in case if ran into deeper water.

@@saurerrr4847 otherwise you just drift it along making sure to keep it off the bottom?

Yep. This also applies to structures and obstacles that might hold fish like boulders, logs, undercut banks, undercut rocks, fallen trees, overhanging trees, and branches. For example, if I suspect a fish hiding underneath some logs, I just take the float off, place the jig there and start jigging it to make the fish come out and strike.

@@saurerrr4847 ok thanks for the info! Amazing how you can pull out so many beautiful big browns from such a popular spot

From my personal experience, I usually target structures first before going to one those popular spots where people are fishing shoulder to shoulder which can be frustrating sometimes.
