Did you make the chisel?, could you make a tutorial about lathing?... Thanks.

The chisel is a regular brazed tungsten carbide lathe bit which I have shaped and need to regularly re-sharpen. I hold it in the end of a hollow square section tube with a couple of bolts to give me the leverage. The tube has a bit of flex to it, which is helpful

What would you call the lathe machine? I’m having trouble figuring out what to buy for the actual lathe. Thanks

There is no company that makes cymbal lathes as a product. Your options really are build your own from parts, convert a wood-turning lathe, or commission an engineering company to make you a one-off.

I am interested on building a lathe too. Can you tell me the power of the motor and the output rpm on the plate? Thank you

You know, I don't remember the HP of the motor and it is not on a faceplate there. At least 1/2 HP.Regarding the RPM at the plate, I usually run around 300, sometimes lower. Zildjian and folks like that running higher, but that can be dangerous with, for example, Turkish blanks which can have major imperfections in them.
