I wish I could sit down with Lauren and share how much her story has impacted my life. I lost my wife almost 2 years ago and in all the pain and darkness, Lauren was lighting a path that I now had to go down. She has given me so much inspiration and strength through it all.💯

2 things that I learned a few years ago that facilitated my growth and healing: 1. Childhood is about surviving the adults in your life. You did not pick the adults and are thus not at fault for how you fared, but you are responsible for doing the work as an adult to heal from it. 2. Parents/adults are very flawed human beings. Whatever they gave you is what they had the capacity to give you at the time they gave it to you, be it positive negative or in between. Once you understand that it makes it so much easier to navigate this world.

Hearing her speak about overcoming all her trauma is extremely therapeutic for me. I know so many people whose still stuck living with so much trauma who turns to doing or causing more pain using they’re trauma as an excuse for being a horrible being. @Meeky Graham You are so right, she is a beautiful person! Im really sorry Nip left so soon. But, I just wonder if she will find a man worthy of finding her. The Bible speaks on a man that find a wife findeth a good thing and I believe she is a good woman. I wish Michael B Jordan could have found her. Lori was a little too young for what MBJ needed. She was beautiful but wasnt ready for a man of his status. He knew what he wanted and there is no wrong on either party, but I wish he could have found a Beautiful Queen like Lauren London.... Even Steve Harvey said he tried to find fault in MBJ and couldnt find nothing and he was a good man. But Lori is his daughter and he had to be 100% team Lori. Blood thicker than water. He married her Mother I understand....

Alone is the best feeling ever at times it's just you. I never had many friends. I do come from a nice size family. As an adult, I'm fine being by myself it's freeing. Having a relationship with God is so important. When Lauren says applying what you've read, it's absolute. I'm not married; had a long relationship with someone for years that is no more and I'm only 37. It's not easy but it feels good. I still desire a partner but it can not beat my relationship with God. I've learned true discipline. It's just me and my daughter. I thank God for the pandemic for helping me to get to where I've prayed for for so long. People ask how can I be celibate? They have no clue how easy when you let go and stop trying to take control. I 🙏🏽for companionship but it will happen when it happens. I've been single truly no one almost 2years. I just pray someone will understand my worth.

This is a message for me, I grew up "religious", wasn't an choice. Since I was a little girl, I always had a strong connection to God and once I learned more and disconnected from religion, I've been struggling with feeling the connection. I realize that It's really about releasing the control.

She is, always has been, always will be a beautiful Queen! Her spirit and genuineness is unmatched. I pray she realizes the generosity she exudes from the seams of her testimony. May God continue to keep her and the greatness growing through her.

AMAZING!! So many gems and one liners to take away from this conversation! Flowing with the river, how she parents her sons, wanting the environment to be influenced by her vs being influenced by the environment and so, so much more. God is our anchor, he will never leave nor forsake us. Always sending love to Lauren and her boys. 🤎 🙏🏾

Powerful! I needed to hear this interview. I have been in a funk and unmotivated for a few weeks. I just prayed this morning about my toxic environment and Lauren just provided the answer. She said "I don't want to be influenced by my environment. I want my environment to be influenced by me". I know what changes I need to make now. Thank You!!!!!!

Gr8 conversation. The pain which you go through in your life actually transforms you and deepens your connection with the Divine. God is such a gr8 being that when you actually connect with him and surrender to him he takes care of you. He walks with you when you have faith in him even when you can't see anything in physical. Loved listening to both of you 🌞❤🌺

This woman is beyond inspirational, I have been on my spiritual journey for some years now and the lessons you learn most times will be life changing & painful. She is just someone who always seems to be so grounded, wise & rooted in her spirituality. Not only that but externally and internally beautiful! ❤️really sending healing and loving energy her way because I know losing Nipsey wasn’t easy but her being in tune with self and her spirituality she will always have access to him & his presence.

The journey of love and loss is so dynamic and can feel so isolating. This resonated with me and I often felt Lauren was articulating my very thoughts and emotions. The transparency was refreshing. It’s powerful to speak out and say you’re not the only one, me too. Light and love to all of you on the journey of transmuting pain into purpose. ✨✨✨

Surrendering to the divine, being of service to others, talking about turning the pain into purpose, giving when you have nothing to give. Giving when you’re really down and depressed, and stepping outside of yourself by doing something for someone else. All such good gems!!!!! Great interview🙏🏾

That commitment is more than pleasure. My partner and I have been together for 10 years. I never thought that I would be a coach. My son asked him to be his coach he said yes and that made me into a coach assistant. Those are memories that will remain with our kids and the community we were part of. Serving the community in that way was great for us both.

Omg...when she said "Roll with the river and not fight with the rocks." It was like a hammer to the head. It just really resonated with me; the whole answer to his question about having life planned and then it's ripped away. You can tell she's gone there...she's been to the depths of despair and made it out. I admire her maturity and her drive to move forward. I don't know that I could be that strong and I hope to never have to know. God bless her!!
