This was one of a couple episodes I felt that shouldn't have been pursued. Regardless of Tom Metcalf not being who he said he was, sex was consentual. Both parties were in the wrong.(🤔 I mean everything was fine till she found out she'd been had) Both being deceitful to get what they want(human nature at it's best). The end result could've been avoided, for one if the parents would have left their kids to their own merits and have been alright with the real out come. Or 2) just let sleeping dogs lye and move on from it. "The hustlers been hustled".. I don't condone the act. So why put yourself in such situations and act surprised when you found out you were bested at your own plan. Then call it a crime. Sometimes Liv does see victims where there aren't. The only true victim committed suicide. Sadly that could've been avoided all together...

That area is so gray it’s sprouting hairs. If it’s a public place or you own the residency, you can video tape. This one also depends on where you live. Each state and city has different rules. But if it’s your residence or a public place, anything goes. However, if it is your residence and you record sexual acts without the person’s consent and make them public, it’s illegal and considered promoting prostitution. It’s also a violation of the person. There was no rape here. A player got played. This was a love letter to the me too movement from the me too movement. The women in this were guilty of prostitution if anything.

@@mahadhosh6400 if you consented to have sex with a guy who posed himself as for example a billionaire CEO and after sleeping with him find out that he isn’t a billionaire CEO, it’s still not rape. The guy was a jerk yes but the sexual act was still consensual. If the roles were reversed and it was the woman that played the man, would you still consider that to be raped?

This episode was trash and stupid. There was no rape. The woman in blue said it best, she got hustled plain and simple. The episode ending was so stupid and basically no part 2? Either way the perp won in the end.
